Adapt, Evolve and Excel

The process of improvement is one that requires ongoing assessment and growth. We have learned a great deal over the past 3 years at Adaptive and through our interaction with clients (results and feedback).  It is important that we temporarily freeze accepting new clients to allow the time necessary to adapt to ensure future viability and to provide the best client experience possible.  I am excited for the future and have a “roadmap” designed for changes to implement.  It should come as no surprise to those whom know me that I am not going into this rebuild / transformation of the company without a plan.
